We value our clients and understand that any non-public information forwarded to us for the purposes of conducting the client's business will be held in the strictest of confidence. At no time will this information be released, sold or made available, in any fashion, to anyone not directly involved in the client's business. Any information you request or authorize for distribution will be done only with expressed written permission from the client or the legal representation of the client. If requested we will review and execute, if mutually agreeable, a confidentiality agreement with the client.

Rates

Our rates are very competitive. They range from $25- $60 per hour based on the complexity of the project. A one time "Trip Charge" of $10 will apply for local services. There is no minimum time required. Monthly retainers are available at a reduced rate for services requiring guaranteed continuous or periodic attention.

New Clients

All new clients are required to sign a standard Independent Contractor Agreement prior to the commencement of service.  In addition, a one-time "good faith" retainer equal to 3 hours of work at the contracted rate may be required in advance to initiate service.  This retainer will be applied to hours worked.  Any hours worked over the retainer will be invoiced and due within the agreed time period.

For Notary services, the State of Arizona has established maximum fees for Notary Services. All of our fees adhere to those regulations.

         Acknowledgements, Certified Copy of Power Attorney, Oath and Affirmations,

         Jurat's and Power of Attorney -$7 ( plus mileage @ $.37 per mile)

LOAN PACKAGES

          "Local" In-Escrow-Office Loan Signing -$75

           Local" Mobile Notary Service (Loan Document Signing -$175 up to 35

           miles round trip (over 35 miles $.37 per mile)

           Travel Fees (included in Loan Packages)

· Between 6:00 am and 8:00 am -$10 + mileage

· After 7:00 pm -$20 + mileage; Weekends -$30 +mileage

  Local Jails -3 hours allotted -$120

BUSINESS FORMATION SERVICES

  FOR ALL BUSINESS ENTITIES - $399  Includes preliminary name check,  preparation,filing and operating agreement.

  Tax Id (SS-4) Form Preparation ($25)

 S Corporation Election Form Preparation ($25)

 Business Plans and Grant Writing   -  $55-80 per hour
